The 2200MBH ratcheting ball-grip screwdriver is equipped with a smooth 36-tooth gear mechanism that provides high-speed tightening for a one hand operation.

When shank is removed you have a ratcheting stubby handle with 1/4″ hex drive.  Caution, retaining ring inside of shaft holds bits extremely tight and hard to remove without pliers.
